HMIS HUD Exit Destination Helper Guides

We want to be sure all providers are interpreting their HMIS HUD Exit Destination choices correctly. We have developed new documents to use as a reference. Of particular concern is making that critical judgment of what is “Permanent” vs. “Temporary” when you are exiting a client from a program. The exit destinations are reported in the COC ARP (Annual Progress Report), for the programs required to generate the report. Please share this with your users immediately.

ServicePoint Weekly Maintenance

Bowman Systems performs data center maintenance each Wednesday evening betwen 10pm-11pm, for one hour.

ServicePoint may be unavailable during this time as they work to ensure the data center and hosting services are as optimized and efficient as possible.

SP5 has some reporting issues

There are issues with the following canned reports in ServicePoint:

The Call record, Duplicate Client, Outstanding Referral, and Service Transactions reports all use the server time zone instead of the client's time zone. This means that the data is offset by the difference between the client's time zone and central time.

Bowman expects them to be corrected possibly mid October.

SP5 is here and We have a new website

It’s back!

After a long weekend, the upgrade was a success -- the new and improved ServicePoint 5 is now online!
